This is an excellent large c1870 Victorian compo painting or print frame. Ornate floral decorated compo upper rail with a bright water gilded deep scoop profile and a stepped site edge. Frame is in outstanding condition with only very minor losses and measures 22 x 34 with a 17 1/8 x 29 1/8 rabbet. Great looking Victorian gilded compo scoop frame in unusually good condition.
