Paper is in excellent condition with the usual wood expansion bubbles, but no paper loss. The original chimney is missing from the back roof section. Inside, the floor papers look original. The wallpapers, including the expected upper borders are intact, except where both rooms have cracked in the back panel. I thought the papers might be replacements, but, if they are, they were done before the back wall panel cracked. Pictures on both floors are attached with museum putty, which might leave a grease spot when removed. The upstairs picture is a nice old one in a pressed brass frame. The downstairs ones are old pics in new frames. Downstairs drapery looks original, upstairs is not. Glass in windows may have been replaced, and is reinforced with tape and thumbtacks. The only exterior defects are the marks and holes left when hinges on the front opening have been replaced and relocated several times. Ceiling height on first floor is 7 1/2 inches, upstairs is 7 inches. Dian had furnished this house with 3/4 inch scale furniture.
House measures 21" high, 12 1/2 " wide, and 9 deep. This is a manageable sized house in excellent condition for a lithographed wood house.
